Change works best when people are at the centre of it.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside organizations navigating some of their most significant transitions — new systems, restructures, culture shifts, and everything in between. What I’ve learned is that the technical side of change is rarely what makes or breaks it. It’s whether people understand what’s changing, why it matters, and whether they feel equipped to move forward.
That’s where I come in.
My background sits at the intersection of change management, organizational development, and adult learning. My foundation is in philology — the study of language and meaning — which shapes how I think about communication and why the words we use during change matter more than most people realize. It’s what drives me to design learning experiences that respect how adults actually learn, and change strategies that prioritize trust, clarity, and sustainable adoption over quick wins.
Outside of my consulting work, I’m also a yoga and mindfulness teacher — something that quietly informs how I approach the human side of change, and the patience it takes to support people through uncertainty.
I work with corporate teams, nonprofits, public sector organizations, and mission-driven initiatives. If people are at the heart of your change, there’s a good chance I can help.
